Son Oficiales de los Servicios de las Fuerzas Militares, todos aquellos que operen dentro de la Organización Militar con el objeto de satisfacer las necesidades técnicas o administrativas de las Fuerzas Militares.

Parágrafo 1

Se consideran Oficiales de los Servicios de las Fuerzas Militares, los de Intendencia, Material de Guerra, Reclutamiento y Movilización, Justicia, Culto, Sanidad, Veterinaria, Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Química y Física siempre que estén escalafonados.

Parágrafo 2

Los Oficiales de los Servicios podrán ejercer el mando militar inherente a las Jefaturas o Direcciones de los organismos técnicos o administrativos y de las formaciones de servicios de las Fuerzas Militares.
