Retiro y reprobación de repitentes . Cuando un oficial o suboficial se encuentre repitiendo un curso y perdiere dos (2) o más materias en exámenes parciales, será retirado del mismo sin que tenga derecho a ingresar nuevamente a él. Si al terminar el curso dejare de aprobar más de una (1) materia, se considerará que lo ha perdido. Si reprobare solamente una (1) materia y no aprobare la habilitación, también se considerará que ha perdido el curso. Quién esté repitiendo exámenes de competencia para ascenso y perdiere dos (2) o más materias, se considerará definitivamente reprobado. Si perdiere solamente una (1) materia, podrá habilitarla por una sola vez; si perdiere la habilitación, también se considerará definitivamente reprobado.
