Falsedad electoral. El que falsifique, inutilice, altere, sustraiga, destruya, oculte, suprima o sustituya registro electoral, sellos de urna o de arca triclave, actas de escrutinio, papeleta de votación depositada por un lector, o cualquier documento similar, incurrirá en prisión de dos a ocho años.
