º. Las pensiones del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses no estarán sometidas a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2º de la Ley 71 de 1988. En todo caso las pensiones se liquidarán sobre los mismos factores que hayan servido de base para el cálculo de los aportes.
