EXONERACIÓN DEL DEBER DE DECLARAR Y DE FORMULAR QUEJA. Nadie podrá ser obligado a declarar contra sí mismo, contra su cónyuge, compañero o compañera permanente, parientes dentro del cuarto (4º) grado de consanguinidad, segundo (2º) de afinidad o primero (1º) civil, ni por hechos que haya conocido por causa o con ocasión del ejercicio de actividades que le impongan legalmente secreto profesional.
