Todos los inmuebles, ya sean de propiedad privada o de entidades oficiales, proporcionalmente al beneficio que reporten con la rectificación y canalización de dicho río y demás obras accesorias a que se refiere esta Ley, quedan sujetos a los impuestos de valorización de que tratan las Leyes vigentes.
