Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones del presente capítulo se aplican a todos empleadores y/o contratantes del sector público o privado, a las Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales y a la totalidad de las trabajadoras sin distinción de la forma de vinculación laboral y/o forma de trabajo.
