Artículo segundo . De la aplicación . Este Decreto se aplicará a los organismos cooperativos de primero y segundo grado y a los fondos de empleados y sociedades mutuarias que tengan consagrado en sus estatutos lo preceptuado en el artículo 43 del Decreto 1598 de 1963.
