Las instalaciones en las cuales se elaboren, almacenen o expendan productos de los contemplados en este reglamento podrán ser visitadas en cualquier momento por funcionario competente del Ministerio de Salud o de las entidades delegadas, previamente identificadas para tal efecto, con el fin de tomar muestras, inspeccionar obras o instalaciones y, en general, verificar el cumplimiento del presente Decreto.
