Art. 4.º También serán castigados con la pena del artículo anterior los que hayan ejecutado maniobras ó hayan mantenido inteligencias con el enemigo del Estado ó invasores para facilitarles la entrada en el territorio y dependencias de la República, ó entregarles ciudades, fortalezas, plazas, puestos, puertos, almacenes, arsenales, buques que pertenezcan á Colombia, ó suministren á los enemigos ayuda en soldados, dinero, víveres, ó municiones, ó secunden el progreso de sus armas en las posesiones colombianas ó contra las fuerzas del Gobierno, ó traten de quebrantar la fidelidad al Gobierno, de los Jefes, Oficiales ó soldados.
