E1 Banco Popular Podrá Asumir La Administración Del Hipotecario Popular

Articulo 1º. E1 Banco Popular podrá asumir la administración del Hipotecario Popular. En consecuencia, toda la dirección y manejo del Banco Hipotecario Popular estará a cargo de la Junta Directiva y demás funcionarios del Banco Popular, y será representante del Banco Hipotecario Popular el Gerente General del Banco Popular.

Parágrafo 1

La Junta Directiva del Banco Popular designará en su oportunidad, de acuerdo con el Gerente General, un Sub-gerente que tendrá las funciones de Director del Banco Hipotecario Popular.

Parágrafo 2

El Banco Hipotecario Popular conservará su capital propio y tendrá contabilidad independiente continuando como persona jurídica separada.
