La Nación contribuirá con la cantidad de doscientos pesos ($ 200) mensuales, por un término no mayor de tres años, para la construcción de un edificio destinado al Colegio Central se señoritas que funciona en Medellín siempre que este Municipio y el Departamento de Antioquia apropien en sus respectivos presupuestos sumas iguales con tal objeto. El edificio quedará de propiedad del Municipio de Medellín.

Estas sumas se incluirán en los Presupuestos Nacionales de cada año.

Esta Ley regirá desde su promulgación.
