De las conductas contempladas en este Decreto, conocerán en primera instancia los jueces Municipales, en segunda los tribunales superiores de Distrito Judicial, si el procesado fuere mayor de dieciocho años (18). Si fuere menor de diez y ocho (18) y mayor de diez y seis (16) años conocerá, en única instancia y mediante el procedimiento señalado en este Decreto, el Juez de menores.
