Las actas de elección de las Municipalidades se enviarán por correo, en la forma establecida en el capítulo 15 de la Ley 7 a de 1885; pero si no hubiere correo, ó el empleo del correo ordinario pudiere retardar la llegada oportuna de las actas, éstas se enviarán por correos extraordinarios al Administrador ó Agente Postal de la capital de la Circunscripción, para que este empleado las encamine á ¡a Junta Electoral.
