Valor probatorio. Los documentos, diligencias y dictámenes que se practiquen dentro del trámite minero se estimarán conforme a las reglas sobre valoración de las pruebas que establece el Código de Procedimiento Civil. Los mensajes electrónicos de datos serán admisibles como medios de prueba y su fuerza probatoria será la otorgada en las disposiciones del Capítulo VIII del Título XIII, Sección III, Libro Segundo del Código de Procedimiento Civil, siempre que sea posible verificar la identidad del remitente, así como la fecha de recibo del documento.
