Diversificación de portafolio. Los fondos de inversión inmobiliaria deberán propender por una adecuada diversificación de su portafolio. Sin embargo, la participación máxima de un solo inmueble Clase 1 o Clase 2 o de cualquier emisor respecto del valor total del portafolio, no podrá exceder del veinte por ciento (20%).

Parágrafo 1

El límite referente a los inmuebles clases 1 y 2 de los activos no aplicará durante los dos (2) primeros años de operación del fondo.
