° El artículo 82 del Decreto 1787 de 1990, quedará así: " Artículo 82 . Para obtener la autorización de reposición de un vehículo que haya cumplido con su vida útil, por otro, el interesado deberá solicitar previamente a la autoridad de tránsito competente, cancelación de su matrícula y el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito lo dará de baja del registro nacional automotor. El vehículo repuesto no podrá matricularse nuevamente en ningún tipo de servicio".
