Firmada la sentencia, se procederá a su notificación. En el acto de la notificación, o dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes, los notificados pueden interponer contra la sentencia el recurso de apelación, para ante el juez de segunda instancia. En el caso de que no se interponga este recurso, se remite el expediente al juez de segunda instancia en el grado de consulta.
