Concédese al mismo corregimiento mencionado en el artículo anterior un auxilio hasta ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($150.000.00), a fin de que, en colaboración del Fondo de Caminos Vecinales y de la Junta de Acción Comunal allí existente o que se constituya regularmente, proceda a construir un ramal de carretera que, partiendo de allí en dirección al Oriente, llegue hasta la carretera que conduce a Mazamorral y comunique así las regiones de Moniquirá y Santa Sofía.
