Las Partes Contratantes otorgarán el trato más favorable, de conformidad con sus respectivas legislaciones, a los grupos o personas que se desplacen al otro país en cumplimiento de misiones o actividades culturales comprendidas en este Convenio. Se otorgarán, así mismo, todas las facilidades posibles en lo referente a la entrada, permanencia y salida de dichos grupos o personas.
