ARTICULO 2.3.1.1.- QUIENES PUEDEN EMITIR. Sólo podrán captar y manejar ahorro privado que se obtenga mediante la emisión de bonos al público las sociedades a que se refiere el presente título y que, además, se sometan a los requisitos establecidos en el mismo.
