Artículo decimoquinto . Cuando posteriormente a la expedición de una visa el Gobierno tuviere de la persona, a quien se le hubiere concedido informes desfavorables, desconocidos antes otorgarla, o que implique que las declaraciones hechas por el interesado al obtenerla fueron falsas o incompletas, podrán cancelarla el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, a solicitud del Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano, aun cuando el extranjero se hallare en Colombia.
