Las Cámaras Legislativas se reunirán ordinariamente por derecho propio el 20 de julio de cada año, en la capital de 1a República.

Si por cualquier causa no pudieren hacerlo en 1a fecha indicada, se reunirán tan pronto como fuere posible dentro del año.

Las sesiones ordinarias del Congreso durarán ciento cincuenta días.
