Artículo primero. Autorízase la integración de servicio docentes y administrativos de la Escuela Normal que funciona en el Instituto Superior de Educación Rural de Pamplona, ISER, con la Escuela Normal Nacional de Varones de la misma localidad.

Parágrafo

La integración consistirá en que el ciclo profesional normalista y la escuela anexa correspondiente que funcionan en el ISER pasen a depender técnica y administrativamente de la Normal Nacional de Varones.
