A partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, la Asociación Colombiana de neurocirugía, y las que en el futuro se establezcan con iguales propósitos gremiales, se podrán constituir como organismo, asesor, consultivo y de control del ejercicio de la práctica de la especialidad.
