Art. 219. El Administrador de la Aduana permitirá que los bultos demasiado voluminosos i que pesen mas de ciento cincuenta kilógramos, puedan ser abierto en el puerto i divididos en bultos proporcionados para el trasporte ; pero el Inspector o cabo presenciará la operacion i pondrá a los bultos que se formen el mismo número que tuviera el desecho, para que la Aduana pueda saber a qué bulto de la factura corresponden los que se reciben.
