La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero podrá invertir el cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del capital de la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros y el cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) de los depósitos que reciba esta institución, en operaciones de préstamo con prenda agraria, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que al efecto dicte el Superintendente Bancario con aprobación, del Gobierno.
