Contra el acto administrativo que decida sobre la expedición del Certificado de Autorización, para ejercer la actividad de intermediación aduanera, procede únicamente el recurso de reposición ante el funcionario que profiera el acto, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su notificación.
