Decreto 347 de 2002 · por el cual se declara la terminación parcial del Canje de Notas del 26 de mayo de 1961 entre España y Colombia sobre Supresión de Visados para Súbditos de ambos Países, manteniéndose vigente su apartado 4 sobre la gratuidad de los visados para españoles y colombianos.
