Art. 46. S i leído un artículo o posición al absolvente este manifestare que no entiende la pregunta, el Juez le hará las explicaciones debidas. Si la posición comprende dos o más hechos que pueden separarse para los hechos del artículo 442 del código judicial, el juez de oficio ara solicitud del deponente hacia la separación, y cada respuesta parcial se extenderá en seguida de la parte respectiva de la posición.
