El registro de nuevos vehículos de propiedad o vinculados a empresas de otros Países Miembros que hayan obtenido el permiso de prestación de servicios, se efectuará siempre que la adición conste en el Anexo I del correspondiente certificado de idoneidad y dispongan del respectivo certificado de habilitación.
