Articulo10. La fabricación de los elementos de guerra a que se refiere la presente Ley, que se contraten con cualquiera fabrica nacional o extranjera, será inspeccionada por la respectiva Comisión de que trata el artículo 1.° de esta Ley. Dicha inspección se ejercerá desde la selección o escogencia de los materiales que vayan a emplearse, hasta la recepción, pruebas finales y embalaje para el transporte. Los detalles de procedimiento o modus operandi de cada Comisión, será materia de reglamentos que el Gobierno dictara oportunamente.
