A toda fuente fija artificial que se instale con posterioridad a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, cuando quiera que sea necesario, deberá construírsele las estructuras de acceso a la chimenea y las plataformas de medición, de acuerdo a las especificaciones dadas, por la entidad oficial competente.
