NAVES ASIMILADAS PARA EFECTOS DE CONVENIOS. Se entenderán por naves de bandera colombiana para los efectos del artículo 148 del Decreto 2324 de 1984, no sólo las que estén matriculadas en Colombia, sino también todas las naves asimiladas a buques de bandera colombiana para efectos de la reserva de carga, como se dispone en el artículo 54 siguiente.
