La Alcaldía Municipal de Plato (Magdalena) podrá adoptar mediante decreto, dentro de los seis meses a la expedición de esta ley, el Plan Maestro Cuarto Centenario de Plato (Magdalena) que deberá incluir los proyectos determinados por la comisión que crea esta ley, así como los recursos para su efectiva ejecución.
