Articulo 22. La Universidad Distrital de Bogotá se considerará como oficial seccional para los efectos de este ordenamiento y demás disposiciones legales. En donde se diga Gobernador se entenderá Alcalde, y lo propio respecto de los términos, Departamento y Distrito.
