El que conociendo de los planes o actividades encaminadas a la ejecución de un delito de secuestro no diere aviso oportuno a las autoridades, o no denunciare un secuestro de cuyos autores o partícipes tenga conocimiento, incurrirá en la pena establecida en el artículo anterior.
