Decreto 1328 de 1969 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 67 del Decreto extraordinario 2420 de 1968.

Artículo segundo. A la Corporación de Fomento Agropecuario y de exportación" COFIAGRO" se traspasara el interés social que tenía el Instituto de Fomento Algodonero "IFA", en sociedades dedicadas a las explotaciones de palma africana.

Parágrafo 1

Por el valor de los activos líquidos que resulten de la operación indicada en este artículo, COFIAGRO emitirá acciones a favor del Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo 2

Cuando no se considera conveniente la participación de COFIAGRO en una de tales sociedades, se procederá a la liquidación de la sociedad en cuestión.
