Comprobado el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en el artículo anterior del presente Decreto, el Organismo de Tránsito y Transporte procederá a expedir la nueva licencia de tránsito y las respectivas placas de servicio particular, previa entrega del original de la licencia de tránsito y de las placas de servicio público, por parte del propietario y se verifique el cambio de color del vehículo. No se admitirá denuncia por pérdida de placas.
