Autorizase al Gobierno para que, previo el concepto favorable de la Contraloría, reconozca y pague al ex-Administrador de la Aduana de Buenaventura, señor Manuel Sinisterra, la suma de mil pesos ($ 1,000), que dicho empleado gastó en ejercicio de su cargo para el arreglo de las cuentas de aquella Aduana, conforme a la documentación que reposa en el archivo del Congreso.
