ARTICULO 21 . La visa de negocios, podrá ser otorgada a los empresarios, comerciantes, industriales y ejecutivos que deseen ingresar al país con fines de negocios. Tendrá una vigencia hasta de tres (3) años, con permanencia hasta de seis (6) meses por cada ingreso, prorroglables. La expedición de esta visa no genera derechos consulares ni requiere formulario.
