El 25 por 100 del producto líquido de la renta de tabaco se destinará exclusivamente a la construcción de edificios escolares. Respecto de renta de tabaco, solamente quedan en vigencia las disposiciones que no estén en pugna con las del presente Decreto. De conformidad con el numeral 25 del artículo 127 de la Ley 4ª de 1913, consúltese este Decreto con el Poder Ejecutivo, y dése cuenta a la honorable Asamblea Departamental en sus próximas sesiones. El presente Decreto empezará a regir tan pronto sea aprobado por el Ministerio de Gobierno. Publíquese. Dado en Cali a 28 de mayo de 1919.
