Modifícase el inciso 3° del artículo 6.3.1.1.4 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, así: “Cuando se incluyan nuevos valores, deberá remitirse la información necesaria para la inscripción de los mismos en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores (RNVE) y la autorización de su oferta pública, sin que se deba iniciar de nuevo un proceso de autorización respecto de dichos valores”.
