Artículo primero. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto las empresas industriales establecidas o que se establezcan en el territorio de la República, para la elaboración de extractos tánicos quedan obligadas a consumir la corteza, de mangle el fruto del dividivi producidos en el país, hasta la concurrencia de sus necesidades y a los precios remunerativos que para cada caso fije el Gobierno.
