º Si no pudiere hacer la notificación personal, dentro de los cinco días siguientes a su expedición, se fijará un edicto en papel común en lugar público del respectivo despacho, por el termino de cinco días, con inserción de la parte resolutiva de la providencia y con las prevenciones de los recursos que por vía gubernativa procedan y el término dentro del cual deban interponerse.
