El Gobierno procederá, tan luego como lo permita la situación del Erario, a la reconstrucción del edificio de la Escuela de Bellas Artes, de modo que corresponda cumplidamente a las necesidades de la enseñanza y a las de las Exposiciones y Museo a que se refiere la presente Ley.
