La decisión de no confirmarlo requerirá el voto favorable de 4/5 de los miembros del Comité participantes en la votación. De no ser confirmado, el Comité de Escogencia designará al Secretario Ejecutivo con el voto favorable de 4/5 de los miembros del Comité participantes en la votación.
