Inaplicabilidad de la Ley 4 de 1976 . Por estar sometidos al régimen prestacional consagrado en este Estatuto y en las normas, legales que lo adicionen o reformen, la Ley 4 de 1976 no rige para los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en goce de asignación de retiro o. pensión militar, ni para los exalumnos de las Escuelas de Formación en goce de pensión, ni para los beneficiarios de unos y otros.
