Adiciónase el siguiente inciso al artículo 118 del Decreto 2685 de 1999: “Cuando el documento de transporte llegue consignado a nombre de un Consorcio o Unión Temporal constituido para celebrar contratos con las entidades estatales en desarrollo de la Ley 80 de 1993, los obligados a declarar serán las personas jurídicas y/o naturales que lo conforman, quienes podrán hacerlo a través del Administrador designado por el Consorcio o la Unión Temporal para representarlas”.
