Muerte del separado. En caso de muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial que se haya separado temporalmente del servicio de las Fuerzas Militares, sus beneficiarios, en el orden regulado en este estatuto tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarios de los Oficiales y Suboficiales que fallezcan en servicio activo.
